What is the Summit Suite and what does it include?
The Summit Suite is a self-contained bathroom on wheels. It has all the essentials you need to stay clean & comfortable while your house is getting a makeover.
A trailer fit out with:
Incineration toilet
Shower
Mirror
Vanity
Washing machine
It also comes with complimentary items: one toilet roll and hand soap.
How do I secure my booking?
Complete our booking enquiry form. Once we’ve confirmed your dates are available, you can secure your booking with a 50% deposit plus bond (the bond is refundable upon pickup if everything is as it should be).
What is the travel rate
There’s a $35 service fee base rate, then $1.05 per kilometre outside of Tauranga. Click here to see our rates.
How long can I hire it for?
We offer flexi hire periods to match your renovation timeline, generally from 1 week to 6 weeks. If you need to hire the Summit Suite for timelines outside of this window, get in touch for a chat and we’ll see what we can do!
What about hire start and end times? Do you offer half-day rates?
We operate on a 1-week minimum hire. But we always do have some exceptions.
For example:
If you need the bathroom for a weekend, you would hire until Monday for us to pick up at 8am.
If the bathroom is collected at 1pm on Saturday, that day is still charged.
Half-day rates are available on request - but this is subject to availability.

What do you require in order to set up?
All we need is a flat surface to park up, and access to a nearby power source & water source.
How big is the trailer?
3000 mm (long) x 2000 mm (wide) x 2300 mm (high)
I’m looking for portable shower hire, not a portable porta potty. Can I customise what comes inside?
No, sorry— the Summit Suite’s amenities can’t be customised. If you don’t need the portable wc aspect, you could always hire/buy a camping shower. But also watch this space… we may or may not be working on a shower-only Summit Suite as we speak! Sign up to our mailing list to be first to know when this launches.
What is an incineration toilet and how does it work?
Instead of flushing with water, an incineration toilet uses heat to reduce waste to a small amount of sterile ash (no need for plumbing!). Just use it like a regular toilet — press the button after use & the high-temperature incineration process takes care of the rest. Click here to watch our video.
The benefit is that you can operate our incineration toilet without the worry of the waste or consent.
Does it have a lock?
Sure does! The bathroom has a code pad that you enter each time from the outside. You can't be locked in and can access if required.
Do I need council consent?
No, you don’t need council consent to hire the Summit Suite. It’s ready to go without any extra paperwork or approvals.
Hire Care
How do I clean the Summit Suite?
To keep the Summit Suite looking its best you can give the shower/walls/vanity a swish just as you would your normal bathroom (simply wipe down with water or with a gentle detergent).
Bonus: if you’d like a professional clean part-way through your booking, we also offer this as a one-off service - just ask us!
How do I clean the toilet?
You can wipe the outside of the toilet, but there’s no need to clean the inside.
Do I have to empty the toilet myself?
No, we’ll empty the toilet upon collection (and it comes with mandatory bags to catch the ash waste). If you’re hiring the Summit Suite for longer than 1 week, we’ll need to drop by and clear it for you a few times — we’ll discuss all this with you during the booking process.
